Nigel Barden and Shelina Permalloo served up chicken fajita drumsticks with Mexican corn salad on Radio 2 Drivetime for a simple BBC Dish Up recipe.
The ingredients are: 12 chicken drumsticks, 1 tbsp paprika, 1 tbsp ground cumin, 4 cloves garlic, 1 tbsp vegetable oil and 6 large tortilla wraps.
For the corn salad: 1 small tin sweetcorn, rinsed and drained (198g), 1 red pepper, deseeded and finely diced, 2 spring onions finely sliced, Juice of half a lemon, Salt and pepper.
