Antonio Carluccio, one half of the Two Greedy Italians, served up a pesto pasta with pine nuts on Saturday Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 2 fistfuls fresh basil leaves, 1 garlic clove, 25g pine nuts, 125ml olive oil, 4 tbsp freshly grated pecorino piccante cheese, 4 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan and Salt to taste.
