Alex Hollywood served up a quiches with parma ham that is easy to make on Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 2-3 packets Parma/Serrano ham, 3 eggs, 1 small pot of creme fraiche, 1 small pot of cream, Pinch of paprika, Asparagus spears, Red peppers, 1 ball grated mozzarella and Chives.
To prepare the dish, coat the baking tin with olive oil or butter to prevent sticking, then line the tray with the ham.
Cook your vegetables (I like to griddle asparagus and red peppers).
Mix up quiche mix by adding together the eggs, cream, creme fraiche, paprika and cooked vegetables, then ladle the mixture into the tin.
Finish off by dropping in some torn mozzarella.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 15/20 mins.
