Dean Edwards serves up lemon roasted pork with crispy gnocchi for a potato free dish on Lorraine.
The ingredients: 800g pork belly slices, 1 tbs fennel seeds ground, Zest and juice 1 lemon, 2 cloves garlic, 1 tbs olive oil, plus extra for frying and drizzling, 600g shop bought potato gnocchi, 2 small red onions peeled and quartered, 1 apple cored and slice ½ cm thick, 4-5 sprigs rosemary and Salt and ground black pepper to season.
For the apple sauce: 2 bramley apples, 40g sugar , 30g butter and ½ tsp ground cinnamon .
