Sabrina Ghayour cooks a tasty Persian herb rice on Saturday Kitchen with James Martin.
Sabrina says: “A wonderfully fresh and flavourful way to serve rice. Swap in whatever fresh herbs you have to hand.”
The ingredients are: 500g basmati rice, sea salt, 100g fresh coriander, leaves picked, 100g fresh flatleaf parsley, leaves picked, 40g fresh chives, 40g dill, leaves picked, 125g spring onions, 3 tbsp vegetables oil and 150g unsalted butter.
