Nadia Sawalha make buffalo chicken wings with blue cheese dip finger food served with guacamole and homemade tortilla chips to celebrate the Oscars on Lorraine.
The ingredients are:
For chicken wings: 3 garlic cloves, crushed, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 4 tbsp hot pepper sauce, 3 tbsp honey, 1½ kg chicken wings, halved at the joint and salt and pepper.
For the blue cheese dip: 150ml buttermilk, 150ml soured cream, 85g blue cheese, crumbled and Pinch of salt.
