Cyrus Todiwala serves up a tasty chicken tikka curry dish on Saturday Kitchen.
Cyrus says: “An authentic chicken tikka is served with homemade naan breads. Use whatever boneless chicken you prefer for the tikka.”
The ingredients are: For the chicken tikka, 800g deboned chicken legs or breasts, 150g yoghurt, 50g unsalted butter, 80g chopped fresh ginger, ½ tsp ground cumin, ½ tsp ground coriander, ½ tsp red chilli powder, plus extra if required, ¼ tsp turmeric, 2 limes, juice only, 2 tbsp tomato purée, ½ tsp garam masala powder, 50ml mustard oil and salt and white pepper, to taste.
