Bill Granger serves up a tasty bacon and egg tart that feeds a family for under £5 for National Breakfast Week on Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil, 1 large onion, halved and thinly sliced, 3 bacon rashers, de-rinded and sliced into batons, 3 tbsp dried breadcrumbs, 4 medium eggs, 250ml single cream, 170g goats cheese, crumbled, Sea salt and Freshly ground black pepper.
