John Whaite swerves up a tasty slow-cooked lamb curry on Lorraine for a healthy takeaway alternative.
The ingredients are: Sunflower oil, 2 tsp yellow mustard seeds, 8 green cardamom pods, 4 whole cloves, 600g diced lamb, Pinch sea salt flakes, 2 onions, roughly chopped, 25g fresh ginger, minced, 3 large garlic cloves, minced, 2 tsp hot chilli powder, 2 tsp ground coriander, 1 tsp smoked paprika,2 fat red chillies, very finely chopped, 1 x 28g chicken stock pot and 350ml boiling water.
For the roasted broccoli: 1 whole broccoli, Olive oil, 100g feta cheese, in small chunks, Salt and pepper.
