Charlotte Harbottle serves up stuffed lambs heart on a bed of couscous on Mel and Sue.
Ingredients: 4 lamb Merguez sausages, 2 x trimmed lambs heart (with the fat left on), 1 onion, chopped, 100g Green beans, trimmed, 6 slices streaky bacon, 300ml red wine and 2 large cloves garlic, crushed and chopped.
