South African Grant Hawthorns showcased his Peri Peri sauce and African Volcano street food on James Martin: Home Comforts.

Grant says: The recipe is derived from an original Mozambique family archive and has been refined since the mid-1990’s. The sauces and marinades have been developed to give you a flavour of Southern Africa and the heat that it is renowned for, hence the tagline on the bottle: “Feel the African heat”.
