Toby Mason showcased his Region Park honey on James Martin: Home Comforts Veg Patch Dinners.

Toby has been keeping bees in Regent’s Park London since 2004 after attending a bee keeping course. He now sells his honey under the Regents Park Honey Pure Food label.

Toby says: “Sadly most people don’t know what real honey is like. A lot of the honey sold is no more than thick sugar syrup that has none of the flavours, excitement and joy of real honey.”
