Constant Cravers diet plan must be an intermittent fasting one according to Dr Chris Van Tulleken and Nutrition Scientist Susan Jebb on What’s The Right Diet for You?
Constant cravers are people with a high genetic pre-disposition for obesity that make them more motivated by food than other people.
Dr Chris says: “These people might be foodies, they think about food a lot, food determines a lot of their decisions, they spend a lot of time anticipating meals, they enjoy food very much. It will be hard for them to diet every single day of the week.”
However because of this, Susan recommends that they only have to diet for two days of the week but for the remaining five days they should eat only healthy meals.”
For the two days of the diet they should consume no more than 800 calories, avoid carbohydrates like bread and pasta and stick to a diet of meat, fish eggs and vegetables.
