Ainsley Harriott cooks a tasty sticky chicken thighs with hot slaw and sweet potato wedges on This Morning.
The ingredients for the baked sticky chicken thighs are: 1 table spoons sunflower oil, 1 small onion, finely chopped, 1-2 garlic cloves, crushed, 200g can chopped tomatoes or leftover tomato pasta sauce,2 table spoons tomato puree, 2 table spoons sugar, 1 table spoon brown sauce. 1 table spoon tomato ketchup, 1 table spoons Worcestershire sauce, 2 table spoons white wine vinegar, 1 table spoons English mustard, salt and freshly ground black pepper and 8 chicken thighs, skin removed.
For the hot slaw stir fry with bacon and ginger: 1 tablespoons sunflower oil, 3 rashers smoked back bacon, cut into fine strips, 1 table spoons freshly coarsely grated root ginger, 250g carrots, peeled and cut into matchsticks (use food processor cutter), 500g Savoy cabbage, trimmed, stalks removed and finely shredded, ½ red pepper cut into fine strips, pinch chilli flakes (optional), 2 table spoons soy sauce, 1 table spoons runny honey and salt and freshly ground black pepper.
