Nigel Slater serves up crumbled burger with pasta and a tomato relish on Nigel Slater’s Dish of the Day.
Nigel says: “Use up any leftover burgers in this rich tomato pasta sauce. This recipe uses Nigel Slater’s ricotta burgers and tomato relish as ingredients, but you could use your own choices too.”
The ingredients are: 1 red onion, 1 garlic clove, 1 tbsp olive oil, for frying, 2 medium tomatoes, 50g tomato relish, 200g tagliatelle, 2 leftover beef burgers (such as the Ricotta burgers) and oil reserved from sun-dried tomatoes.
