Nigel Slater serves up beefburger with ricotta cheese and sun-dried tomatoes on Nigel Slater’s Dish of the Day.
Nigel says: “These simple burgers combine creamy ricotta with sharp capers, served with a sun-dried tomato relish.”
The ingredients are: 400g beef mince, 200g ricotta cheese, 4 spring onions, finely chopped, 1 tbsp capers, 1 sprig of rosemary, leaves picked, salt and freshly ground black pepper and 2 tbsp olive oil, for frying.
For the relish: 100g sun-dried tomatoes and 1 tbsp sherry vinegar.
