Nikki South makes apple-glazed pork ribs cooked in a slow-cooker on Food and Drink with Tom Kerridge.

Nikki says: “This slow-cooked dish is cheap, easy and a great crowd-pleaser – especially if you are feeding small children.”

The ingredients are: 75ml ready-made apple sauce, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp Chinese five-spice powder, 1kg pork ribs, cut into individual ribs and salt and freshly ground black pepper.
