Nikki South demonstrates how to make cream cheese brownies cooked in a slow-cooker recipe on Food and Drink with Tom Kerridge.
Nikki says: “To get perfectly fudgy, squishy brownies with minimal effort, pop the cake mixture into a slow-cooker and cover with paper towels to absorb the excessive moisture.”
The ingredients for the brownies are: 90g good-quality plain chocolate, 115g butter, cubed, 275g caster sugar, 2 free-range eggs, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 90g plain flour, 75g full-fat cream cheese and 1 heaped tbsp condensed milk or dulce de leche.
