Gino D’Acampo makes explosive edible Christmas crackers with Chicken, white wine and tarragon Let’s Do Christmas with Gino and Mel.
The ingredients are: 2 tbsp olive oil, 4 chicken breasts, cut into thin strips, 2 leeks, finely sliced, 1 clove garlic, 50ml white wine, 200ml double cream, 2 tbsp tarragon chopped, 12 sheets of filo pastry, 40g butter melted and 1tbsp of black and white sesame seeds.
