Gino D’Acampo makes prawns with spicy sprout rice for the festive season on Let’s Do Christmas Lunch with Gino and Mel.
The ingredients are: 75g raw, peeled tiger prawns, 1 tsp olive oil, 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce, 1 tsp olive oil, 25g butter, 6-8 sprouts finely sliced, 1⁄2 tsp turmeric, 1⁄2 tsp mustard seeds, 2 tsp curry powder, 50ml stock or water, 1 x packet of microwave rice, 50g frozen peas, 2 tbsp yogurt, Chopped coriander to serve and Lime wedges.
