Gino D’Acampo serves up a no carbohydrate fillet of beef with mushroom rarebit dish on Let’s Do Christmas with Gino and Mel.
The ingredients are: 2 x 200g fillet steak, 2 tbsp olive oil, 25g butter, 150g chestnut mushrooms sliced, 1 egg yolk, 2 tbsp crème fraiche, 1 tsp English mustard, 1 tbsp chopped parsley, 50g grated parmesan, 1 tsp whole grain mustard, a little lemon zest, 1 tbsp olive oil, 250g baby spinach leaves, 100g peas, defrosted, Zest of 1 lemon, Olive oil and Salt and pepper.
