Tom Kerridge serves up bacon, scrambled Eggs, mushrooms and summer truffles for breakfast on Tom Kerridge’s Proper Pub Food.
Tom says: “Truffles can be expensive but in this recipe I use summer truffles; brought in season these can be quite inexpensive. You can also pick them up in jars for around eight pounds in some supermarkets. Use truffle oil in the scramble eggs for the very best flavours.”
