Jimmy Garcia serves up a chocolate yule log with Berry Coulis and Toasted Hazelnuts on his festive feast pop up restaurant on This Morning.
The Ingredients are: 4 Eggs, 120g Caster Sugar, 80g Self Raising Flour, 60g Cocoa Powder and 100g hazelnuts.
For the filling: 250ml Double Cream and 250ml Dark Chocolate.
For the berry coulis: 200g frozen berries, 50g icing sugar and 70ml water.
