Jamie Oliver cooks a tasty crispy skin salmon with green tea and served with coconut rice for a taste of Asia on 15 Minutes Meals.
Jamie says: “I never would have thought to empty the contents of a green tea bag over fillets of fish but the flavour happily complements the salmon.”
The ingredients are: 4 x 120g salmon fillets, skin-on, 2 green tea bags, Olive oil and Salt and pepper.
