Lesley Waters showcased her squidgy orange and honey cake for the festive freezer on This Morning.
The ingredients: 225g unsalted butter, 225g caster sugar, 3 large eggs, beaten, 200g ground almonds, juice and zest 2 large oranges, 115g dried polenta or semolina, 1 teaspoon baking powder, pinch salt and butter and flour for greasing.
For the topping: juice of 1 large orange and 3 tablespoons honey.
