The ingredients are: 125g butter, 225g caster sugar, 125g for the cake mix and 100g or the syrup, 4 eggs, 175g ground almonds, 3 lemons, plus 50ml of juice for the syrup, 3 limes, zest and juice of 1 lime for the cake mix and juice and zest of 2 limes for the icing, plus 50ml of juice for the syrup, 125g self-raising flour, 225g icing sugar, 1 pack red fruits, to serve and 1 carton cream, to serve.
