Monica Galetti’s millefeuille with caramel and raspberries French pastry recipe, test the fifth group of chefs in the Skills Test on MasterChef The Professionals 2014.
It is day seven of MasterChef The Professionals and the four chefs from the five that started the day and made it pass the Signature Dish Test, will have to impress Monica Galetti and Greg Wallace in the Skills Test to give themselves a chance of making the quarter-finals.
They must sharpen their pastry skills and make a version of Monica’s mille-feuille French pastry.
They must use their culinary skills and knowledge to first create caramel tuiles before using them to build a perfectly formed mille-feuille with creme patissiere and raspberries, all in just 20 minutes.
