Simon Rimmer makes a tasty looking salmon jambalaya on Daily Brunch.
The ingredients are: salmon fillets, king prawns, 1 onion, finely diced, 1 green pepper, diced, 2 stalks celery, chopped, a chorizo, chopped, long grain rice, 1 tbsp hot sauce and 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce.
For the spice rub: 1 tbsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1½ tbsp white pepper, 1½ tbsp onion powder, 1½ tbsp cayenne, 1½ tbsp dried oregano and 1½ tbsp dried thyme .
