Simon Rimmer serves up a king prawn pad Thai dish in an expensive wok on Daily Brunch with Ocado.
Pad Thai is a stir-fried rice noodle dish commonly served as a street food and at casual local eateries in Thailand that is quick and easy to make.
The ingredients are: 50ml vegetable oil, 1 garlic clove, sliced, 20 king prawns, shells removed, 2 free-range eggs, lightly beaten, 1 tsp shrimp paste, 75g roasted peanuts, ½ tsp chilli flakes, 250g fine rice noodles, soaked and drained, 150g bean sprouts, 1 tsp sugar, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp fish sauce, 1 handfull fresh coriander leaves, to garnish and 1 lime, juice only.
