Dean Edwards serves up a tasty looking crispy beef with stir fried noodles as the first dish on Lorraine this week.
Dean says: “You can change the vegetables to whatever you happen to have in your fridge.”
The ingredients are: 4 nests of egg noodles, 200g sirloin or rump steak, sliced thinly, 3 tbsp corn flour, 1 tbsp Chinese five spice, 150g sugar snap peas, 250g baby pak choi, quartered, 1 thumb sized piece ginger, julienned, 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced, 3 tbsp oyster sauce, 3 tbsp hoisin sauce, 1 tbsp brown sugar, Juice 1 lime, 4 spring onions, sliced for garnish and 1 tbsp sesame seeds.
