Rachel Khoo served up sticky lemon and lavender chicken on The Little Paris Kitchen.

Rachel says: “Lavender in a savoury dish might sound unusual, but bashing the buds in a pestle and mortar releases a fragrance signature to Provence. There are some lavender that taste bitter so look for sweet lavender and make sure it is suitable for cooking.”
