Nigel Slater cooks a tasty looking haddock chowder on Nigel Slater’s Dish of the Day.
The ingredients are: 2 haddock fillets, 568ml milk, 2 bay leaves, 8 peppercorns, 1 onion, chopped, 25g butter, 1 carrot, roughly chopped, ½ a swede, roughly chopped, 1 waxy potato, roughly chopped, 1 tsp black mustard seeds, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tbsp plain flour and 2 tbsp chopped flatleaf parsley.
