Brian Turner made baked stuffed Bramley apples with cider caramel sauce dessert on a visit to the county of Somerset on a Taste Of Britain.

Brian got his inspiration for the dessert after visiting Perry’s Cider orchard in Somerset. The companies cider production has been a great success and they state:

Brian used a delicious cider produce by Perry’s Cider as a key ingredient in his celebration cook for Somerset, stuffed apples with cider caramel sauce dessert.
