Th Ingredients for the chocolate fudge sponge pudding: 100g butter, plus extra for greasing, 100g caster sugar, 2 free-range eggs, beaten, 2 tbsp milk, 100g self-raising flour, 55g ready-made fudge, broken into pieces and 55g dark chocolate, broken into pieces.
For the hot chocolate sauce: 85g dark chocolate and 150ml double cream.
