Phil Vickery serves up a trio of cheesecakes with hot chocolate sauce and glazed bananas and macadamia nut brittle on Ready Steady Cook aided by Ray Quinn.
The ingredients for the macadamia nut brittle: 85g caster sugar and 85g macadamia nuts.
For the cheesecakes: 85g ready-made fudge, 85g macadamia nuts, 300ml double cream and 150g mascarpone cheese.
For the hot chocolate sauce: 85g dark chocolate, grated and 150ml double cream.
For the glazed bananas: 1 ripe banana, peeled, sliced, 2 tbsp caster sugar.
