The ingredients are: 1 litre vanilla ice cream, butter, for greasing, 100 g caster sugar, plus extra for dusting, 4 eggs, 100 g plain flour, 1 tsp baking powder and 200 g raspberry jam.
Once make the ice cream filling makes it an ideal dessert to be kept frozen until needed.
