Her simple but tasty dessert use only a few simple ingredients: 1 egg yolk (for the glaze), 225 g (8oz) plain flour (sifted), 225 g (8oz) caster sugar, 225 g (8oz) butter (softened, plus extra for greasing) and 6 egg yolks.
