Bikers chocolate fondant puddings with coconut custard recipe on Everyday Gourmets

Si and Dave cooks chocolate fondant puddings with lime syrup and coconut custard on Everyday Gourmets.

The bikers says: “This dessert is a chocoholic’s delight, it deserve the ‘oohs’ and ‘aahs’ they’ll receive at the dinner table.”

The ingredients for the chocolate fondants are: 1 tsp cocoa powder, 1 tsp plain flour, 150g plain chocolate, minimum 70% cocoa solids, broken into pieces, 150g butter, plus extra for greasing, 3 large free-range eggs, 3 large free-range egg yolks, 50g caster sugar, 2 limes, finely grated zest only and 25g self-raising flour.

For the lime syrup: 225g lime marmalade and 1 lime, zest and juice, plus 1 lime, juice only.

For the coconut custard: 300ml coconut milk, 100ml double cream, 3 free-range egg yolks, 2 tsp cornflour and clotted cream, crème fraiche or vanilla ice cream, to serve.
