Kitty Hope and Mark Greenwood makes raspberry marshmallow on Sweets Made Simple.

Kitty says: “Some sweets are great for putting in your pocket and going for nice long walks in the woods. But there are some sweets that are so special and possibly made by angels that work really well as a pudding too, and this is one of them.”

The awarding-winning confectioners who supplies the likes of John Lewis, Selfridges and Waitrose, among others, has also publishhed a book with a range of recipes called Life is Sweet: A Collection of Splendid Old-Fashioned Confectionery, that is availble from Amazon.
