James Martin served up a tasty roast rolled pork loin with crackling, mashed potatoes, deep fried sage and apple sauce on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 3k rolled pork loin, scored.
For the sauce: 400ml veal jus and 25g butter.
For the Apple Sauce: 2 apples diced, 1 tsp cumin ground, 1 tsp coriander ground, 1 tsp curry powder, Knob of butter, Splash of water and A few Sage leaves.
To serve: Mashed potato.
