James Martin served up tasty baked apples with creme fraiche and a rum, honey and butter sauce on James martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 6 bramley cored.
For the filling: 100g sultanas, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 50g caster sugar, 25g butter and Or a jar of mincemeat.
To serve: Crème fraiche and Icing sugar.
