James Martin apple strudel with creme fraiche recipe on James martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up a delicious apple strudel with creme fraiche on James martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 12 Sheets of filo, 8 apples peeled and sliced, 100g sultanas, 60g brown sugar, 1 tsp Cinnamon, Splash of rum and 150g melted butter and cooled.

To serve: Crème fraiche and Icing sugar.
