James Martin served up a tasty parsnip and apple soup with deep fried crispy parsnips on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 400g parsnips, peeled and diced into a 1cm square (keep the peelings), 2 apples diced, 400ml full fat milk, 100ml double cream, Salt and pepper, Knob of butter and Vegetable oil for frying.
Garnish: Cream and Herb oil.
