James Martin chocolate chip biscotti with homemade limoncello recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up delicious chocolate chip biscotti with homemade limoncello for Peter Andre on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 250g plain flour, 250g caster sugar, 2 tsp baking powder, 3 medium eggs, 100g dark chocolate buttons, 50g apricots chopped, 125g Pistachios shelled, 50g shelled hazelnuts and 1 lemon zest and juice of.

For the limoncello: 2 lemons juice and zest, 200ml vodka frozen and 100ml Sugar stock syrup.
