Jamie Oliver served up tasty beef and potato patties with crunchy apple salad on Jamie’s Feast For A Fiver.
The ingredients for the pastry are: 200g strong white flour, plus extra for dusting, 100g unsalted butter (cold) and 20ml milk, plus 1 tablespoon for brushing.
For the fillinmg: 1 small onion, 1 small all-rounder potato (135g), 1 carrot (80g), 200g minced beef, 3 tablespoons brown sauce, 1 teaspoon white pepper and 1 teaspoon dried thyme.
For the salad: 2 little gem lettuces, 3 sticks of celery, 1 eating apple, 1 teaspoon English mustard, red wine vinegar and olive oil.
