James Martin chargrilled beef with a pomegranate dressing, green beans and roasted broccoli recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up tasty chargrilled beef with green beans, roasted broccoli and pomegranate dressing on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 2 x 200g sirloin steaks, 100ml mirin, 100ml sake, 25ml soy and 100g caster sugar.

For the vegetables: 200g green beans blanched ( buy yellow too ), 200g broccolini BBQ’d, 25ml pomegranate mollasses, 50ml olive oil, 1 tsp coriander seeds, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 3 cloves garlic, 2 tbs capers, 1 lemon, 1 small bunch chervil and tarragon chopped.
