James Martin homemade gnocchi with pan fried sea bass, mussels and herb oil recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up tasty homemade gnocchi with pan fried sea bass, mussels and herb oil for James Nesbitt on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 4 x 200g sea bass fillets, Knob of butter, Salt and pepper and drizzle of olive oil.

The gnocchi: 50g butter, 400g cooked Marabel baked potato, riced, 125g plain flour, 50g grated parmesan, 1 lemon zest only, 2 egg yolks, Salt and pepper.

For the mussels: 400g mussels, ½ lemon, Few parsley stalks, Splash of white wine and 80g baby spinach.

For the sauce: 125g butter, 1 tbsp chopped parsley and 1 lemon segmented and juice.

To serve: 2 tbsp veal jus and 1 tsp herb oil.
