John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up tasty Christmas stuffing baked ziti pasta on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 250g dried Ziti or Penne pasta , 150g smoked bacon lardons , 1 large onion, finely chopped, 2 garlic cloves, finely grated , 2 tsp fennel seeds, 300ml white wine or stock , 1 lemon , A handful of sage leaves, finely sliced, 300g leftover pork stuffing, 3-4 heaped tbsp crème fraîche , 125g ricotta , 125g ball of Mozzarella , 2 handfuls of grated Parmesan, plus a little extra to serve, Large handful of breadcrumbs and Light olive oil.
