John Torode and Lisa Faulkner sausage three ways recipe on John and Lisa’s Christmas Kitchen

John Torode and Lisa Faulkner sausage three ways with gochujang paste, peanut butter and sesame, and honey and wholegrain mustard on John and Lisa’s Christmas Kitchen.

The ingredients for the Satay Style are: 1 pack chicken sausages, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tbsp mirin , 50g soft dark brown sugar , 1 tbsp soy sauce , 1 tsp sesame oil and Finely sliced red chilli to garnish.

For the Honey and Wholegrain Mustard: 1 packet chipolatas, 1 tbsp maple syrup , 1 tbsp honey, 2-3 tbsp wholegrain mustard and 2 thyme sprigs, plus extra leaves to garnish.

For the Gochujang : 1 pack cocktail sausages, 2 tbsp Gochujang or sweet chilli sauce , 1 tbsp soy sauce , 1 tsp sesame oil , Black & white sesame seeds and Spring onions, sliced to garnish.
