Mary Berry served up delicious crunchy caramel mini tarts with chocolate and cornflakes on A Mary Berry Christmas.
The ingredients for the pastry are: 175g plain flour, plus extra for dusting, 100g cold butter, cut into cubes, 2 tbsp icing sugar and 1 free-range egg, beaten.
For the caramel filling: 50g unsalted butter, 50g light muscovado sugar and 1 x 397g tin condensed milk caramel.
For the crunchy topping: 150g dark chocolate, 50g corn flakes and 25g white chocolate, peeled into shavings, to decorate.
